1. Do you have available financing schemes?
Yes we have. We offer in-house, bank, and PAG-IBIG financing.
2. How much is the monthly amortization?
Monthly amortization varies on the type and floor location of your unit. It is also
dependent on the chosen financing scheme.
3. Can I alter, change, or re-design my unit?
Though the exterior of the housing unit cannot be altered, the interior of the unit can be modified subject to the approval of GOSHENLAND CAPITAL, Inc., (GLCI) or the Homeowners' Association. Other restrictions specific to certain subdivision projects are defined in details in the Deed of Restrictions.
4. Do you offer discounts?
Yes we do. We offer 4%-10% discount on every purchase provided that the down
payment will be paid on spot cash basis depending on a project.
5. Is the building insured?
Once the construction of the building is done, our clients are ensured that the building is covered by an insurance.
6. What are the other charges that we need to pay?
The other charges that you need to pay are registration fees, documentary stamp tax from Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), transfer tax fees from the City Treasurer's Office, water and meter installation, handling fees and miscellaneous fees.
7. Is the building safe?
Yes it is. Before we start the construction, we undergo soil test and acquire required government permits in building construction to ensure the safety of our project, partners and future residents.
8. Is the unit under perpetual ownership?
Yes. Your proof is the Certificate of Condominium Title (CCT) to be issued to you.
9. Can I reserve a unit even if I am outside of the country?
Yes you can, clients can pay bank to bank, or you could reserve online, provided that you will have a representative to do the reservation for you. However, we will also require you to issue a Special Power of Attorney to your chosen representative. This will serve as a legal proof of permission granted by you to your representative.
10. What are your projects and where are they located?
We currently have condominium projects. First, the Courtyards is located at Leonila Hill, and the North Cambridge in Bakakeng right beside Saint Louis University Bakakeng campus both located in Baguio.
Another project, "The Summerfields", a master planned garden community located at the Strawberry Capital in the Philippines; La Trinidad, Benguet.
11. What are the requirements that I need to submit when I purchase a unit?
Once you decide to buy a unit or a lot from us, you will need to submit the following requirements:
• Recent 1x1 o 2x2 ID picture
• Photocopy of 2 valid Identification Cards that bears your signature and picture:
o Driver's License
o TIN Card with ID
o PRC ID
o GSIS e-card
o SSS ID
o Company ID
o Postal ID
o Passport
• Proof of Income
o Certificate of Employment and Compensation
o Pay Slip
o Income Tax Return
o For OFW - Contract of Employment and/or Proof of Remittance
• Community Tax Certificate for the current year and TIN number
• Marriage Certificate (if married)
• Post-dated checks covering the whole amount of amortization

13. I'm not able to go to your office monthly to process my payment, what will i do?
STEP 1: Deposit the payment or monthly amortization to Goshen Land Capital bank account, you may choose from the following:

STEP 2: Scan the deposit slip and send to my email add

STEP 3: We will issue your receipt after we confirmed the deposit. Usually remittance takes 1-2 days before it reflects to the bank account of the receiver. You will receive immediately the scanned copy of your receipt, then we will send the original copy to your mailing address every after 5 months in case you will not be able to get it from the office.
